When Elizabeth confronts him, Sage admits he's having an affair. Elizabeth insists he bring his girlfriend home so she can meet her, and Sage reluctantly agrees. When his mistress, Leah, arrives, Elizabeth notes how hot she is and wonders what it is she gives Sage that his wife doesn’t provide. That’s when Leah drops the bombshell: she’s trans, and she definitely offers one thing Sage’s wife can’t. Elizabeth is shocked at first, and then indignant. Not because Sage is cheating, but because he hasn’t shared. Elizabeth insists that she should get to fuck Leah too, and so the two women and Sage have a hot threesome right there and then.
